Requirements

Strong background in VMware vCenter
Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual environments
Experience with VMware Horizon (Omnissa) including deployment and administration
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Experience with Active Directory (users, devices, and Group Policy Objects)
Basic knowledge of on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server and hybrid connectivity with Exchange Online
Exposure to enterprise storage platforms such as Dell PowerStore, Pure Storage, and OsNexus
Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019) installation, configuration, and maintenance
Understanding of Distributed File System (DFS) concepts and administration
Familiarity with Distributed File System (DFS) concepts and administration
Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019) installation, configuration, and maintenance
Familiarity with Active Directory & Identity Management

Responsibilities

Manage and support IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot virtual environments
Deploy and administer VMware Horizon (Omnissa)

Troubleshoot Distributed File System (DFS) concepts and administration
Configure and maintain enterprise storage platforms
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 IT support
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Participate in ITIL-based service management processes
Lead or mentor junior engineers
Participate in hybrid/DR scenarios with Azure and AWS
