Responsibilities

Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions to business problems, focusing on technology, documentation, and training
Monitor, fix, and solve hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, detailing problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing impact
Perform upgrades to server hardware, operating systems, and software to ensure security, availability, and functionality of critical services
Implement processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures, including execution, testing, and security of regular backups
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring timely resolution of desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems
Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity to end-users
