  • Work toward automating new hire setup
  • Settled on awifi upgrade path
  • Worked with Software teams to streamline and automate vulnerability management
  • Streamlined new computer rollouts using automation tools
  • Have automated new account setup process
  • Have upgraded wifi setup with additional security and authentication
  • Have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and created a plan to streamline and enhance
