Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of relevant IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, JAMF, Azure/Entra, and AD
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on complex issues
  • Experience with monitoring, automated alerts, and asset management integrations
  • Ability to develop or improve IT processes and SOPs
  • Good understanding of networking basics and working in international, cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience driving technical projects
  • ITIL experience and familiarity with regulated industries (plus)
  • Fluent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and align IT site services for European offices in coordination with global IT teams
  • Resolve local incidents and ensure stable, reliable IT operations
  • Improve support processes, documentation, and employee communication
  • Maintain the IT services roadmap and ensure reliable operation of monitoring, vendor, and alerting mechanisms
  • Represent European technical needs in global planning and improvement initiatives
  • Implement and support endpoint security solutions (identity, malware/app protection, encryption, recovery)
  • Manage IT vendors and contracts for European operations
  • Ensure compliance with QMS, security, privacy, and global IT standards
  • Perform additional technical duties as required
