Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience working in a Helpdesk environment preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Strong problem solving skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently or collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Aptitude to learn new products quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills and decision making ability

Responsibilities

Provide technical support services via telephone, e-mail, chat, or face-to-face interactions
Remotely access user devices and desktop applications
Assess system requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Implement security measures
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all teams are meeting their objectives
Create training materials
Maintain records and logs
Work flexible hours and/or shifts if needed (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Provide technical assistance to users of computer hardware and software by answering questions and troubleshooting problems
Support all facets of clinical products including supporting sales team on-site at customer locations
Assist in the deployment of new computers and peripherals
Ensure the proper operation of all installed systems and equipment
