Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT field with 2+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree in IT field with 0-2 years’ experience
Very interested in direct customer contact and successfully solving simple & complex IT problems in partnership with global IT colleagues in a varied working day
High degree of independence, used to acting on own responsibility as well as working with many different colleagues in a global organization
Fast learner with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities

Responsibilities

Install, configure, deploy, and maintain PC hardware, MS operating systems and software
Provide remote (phone, email/instant messaging) and hands-on user support for desktops, laptops, printers and audiovisual equipment
Support local manufacturing and lab equipment and systems
Drive Digital Transformation using Automation tools
Guide decisions and determine best approaches to implement technical solutions end to end
Contribute on local, regional and global projects
