Requirements

  • Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
  • Strong experience in Mobile Device Management (Jamf) for macOS and other endpoints
  • Strong knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents (network outages, security breaches, M365 issues, cloud problems); conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions
  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of enterprise-level IT projects (network upgrades, cloud migrations to Azure/GCP, security tool deployments, system integrations)
  • Develop and enforce security measures and policies; configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA); monitor security alerts and lead incident response
  • Manage and optimize services in Microsoft 365 and public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS); implement governance, monitor performance, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Administer identity and access management (IAM) systems and Single Sign-On (SSO); manage corporate device fleets using MDM like Jamf, ensuring security patching and configuration compliance
  • Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline tasks, manage infrastructure as code, and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers; create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams
  • Liaise with external vendors and third-party support teams to resolve specialized hardware or software issues
