Requirements

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met 1st- en 2de-lijns ondersteuning op een IT Servicedesk
  • Een afgeronde MBO ICT-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 (denk- en werkniveau belangrijker dan diploma)
  • Uitgebreide ervaring met Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint en OneDrive

Responsibilities

  • Registreren, analyseren, volgen en afhandelen van tickets
  • Ondersteuning bieden op werkplekken met Microsoft Office 365
  • Proces- en systeemverbeteringen voorstellen en doorvoeren
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij en deelnemen aan ICT-projecten
  • Beheren en onderhouden van informatiesystemen
  • Gebruikersbeheer en autorisatiebeheer uitvoeren
  • Werkplekinrichting verzorgen
  • Handleidingen maken voor collega’s om eenvoudige issues zelf op te lossen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor IT-gerelateerde issues via servicedesk applicatie of telefoon
  • Storingen en aanvragen die niet zelf opgelost kunnen worden overdragen aan systeem- en netwerkbeheerders, andere afdelingen of externe leveranciers
  • Werken op basis van ITIL en afgesproken SLA’s
