Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management (Must-have skill)
  • Good to have: Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools
  • Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes
  • Familiarity with change management practices and their impact on service delivery
  • Experience in conducting service reviews and implementing feedback for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery for IT production systems and services
  • Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services
  • Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service management processes to enhance service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
