Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience, including advanced experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with presentations and delivering messages to all levels of the organization
Experience gathering requirements and scope for projects and aligning to delivery timeline
Experience tracking project financials strongly preferred
Previous experience working in team environments, supporting process improvements, and group facilitation
Ability to work at least three days in the office (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility up to five days as needed
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization
Ability to independently develop, present, and execute new projects and initiatives through collaboration
Ability to read and understand contracts
Organized with reliable follow-through, bias for clarity and closure
Excellent facilitation, note-taking, and written communication skills
Systems thinker who sees cross-impacts, anticipates blockers, and proposes options

Responsibilities

Maintain a single source of truth for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across initiatives
Track action items and unblock teams by coordinating with product, engineering, data, cyber, and business stakeholders
Run the intake pipeline: collect business cases, clarify problem statements, validate success criteria, and prep candidates for governance review
Gather functional and non-functional requirements for pilots and projects
Support prioritization using transparent criteria (value, risk, readiness, dependency complexity); keep the backlog clean and decision-ready
Build and maintain dashboards for schedule, scope, budget, risk, and value realization (e.g., adoption, cycle time, lead time)
Transform operational data into insights: trend analysis, variance analysis, and “early-warning” signals for escalations
Create concise executive summaries and governance packs (status, decisions, KPIs)
Maintain risk/issue registers with clear owners, mitigation plans, and dates
Track SOWs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; reconcile invoices to milestones
Support simple budget tracking and forecast updates, flag variances and options
Run RFPs and RFIs as necessary within the Innovation Group and Real Time System
