  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience, including advanced experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with presentations and delivering messages to all levels of the organization
  • Experience gathering requirements and scope for projects and aligning to delivery timeline
  • Experience tracking project financials strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in team environments, supporting process improvements, and group facilitation
  • Ability to work at least three days in the office (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility up to five days as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to independently develop, present, and execute new projects and initiatives through collaboration
  • Ability to read and understand contracts
  • Organized with reliable follow-through, bias for clarity and closure

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a single source of truth for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across initiatives
  • Track action items and unblock teams by coordinating with product, engineering, data, cyber, and business stakeholders
  • Run the intake pipeline: collect business cases, clarify problem statements, validate success criteria, and prep candidates for governance review
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements for pilots and projects
  • Support prioritization using transparent criteria (value, risk, readiness, dependency complexity); keep the backlog clean and decision-ready
  • Build and maintain dashboards for schedule, scope, budget, risk, and value realization (e.g., adoption, cycle time, lead time)
  • Transform operational data into insights: trend analysis, variance analysis, and “early-warning” signals for escalations
  • Create concise executive summaries and governance packs (status, decisions, KPIs)
  • Maintain risk/issue registers with clear owners, mitigation plans, and dates
  • Track SOWs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; reconcile invoices to milestones
  • Support simple budget tracking and forecast updates, flag variances and options
  • Run RFPs and RFIs as necessary within the Innovation Group and Real Time System
