Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with experienced product owners and cross-functional teams to understand the voice of the customer and product management methodologies
  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, guiding the team in delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions on time and within budget
  • Gather feedback, measure product performance, and iterate on features to enhance the user experience and drive business outcomes
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features, and release timelines based on business objectives and user needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on their impact on user experience, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes, to communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhance the overall user experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management, seeking out learning opportunities
  • Provide support to customer-facing teams, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing product-related issues, and assisting with customer training and onboarding
  • Collaborate with product management peers and other team members, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices
  • Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values
