Requirements

Responsibilities

The IT/OT SOC Delivery Lead will manage end-to-end SOC services for IT and OT environments, including monitoring, detection, and incident response. This includes leading a team of SOC analysts, overseeing operational processes, ensuring service delivery through SLAs and KPIs, and driving alignment between IT and OT security operations. Responsibilities also involve integrating data sources from industrial control systems and enterprise IT into SIEM/SOAR platforms, developing OT-specific detection use cases, monitoring threats targeting IT/OT systems, and leading proactive threat hunting and incident response activities.
