Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP or SAFe Certification
Proven leadership and management experience
8 – 10 years of proven working experience in program management and infrastructure support
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
Proficient in Azure DevOps or Project Management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Leading a team of Infrastructure engineers responsible for IT operations and maintenance, IT infrastructure projects, and Tier 2/3 helpdesk support
Performing project management activities including planning, execution, risk tracking, and reporting
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time and within scope and budget
Provide support for the coordination, preparation, and reporting of project statuses on a routine basis
Develop and implement summary project report structures and project success metrics
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
