Requirements

  • Recent graduate or in final year of a degree, graduating by summer 2026 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Passion for technology with interest in supporting Apple OS and Windows devices
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a good attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases (preferred)
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer-focused technical support to local users on Mac and Windows devices
  • Assist with onboarding new joiners, ensuring access, hardware provision, and hosting IT inductions
  • Maintain office technology in partnership with Workplace Experience team (desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi, digital signage)
  • Support and assist with events and AV technology throughout the office
  • Manage local inventory and IT stock levels, ensuring all items are recorded and tracked
  • Research independently and find solutions to various application issues
  • Act as a point of resource for everything technology-related
  • Act as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk team
