Responsibilities

Work in a highly visible, cross-functional role with teams across IT Engineering, INFOSEC, Finance, Engineering and more, and serve as a key member of the Singapore office
Own IT support services across global regions, with primary emphasis on APAC operations, including establishing service benchmarks, driving effective engagement, and enhancing self-service offerings
Take ownership of software and hardware procurement, including raising PR/POs, ordering hardware, and ensuring stock-on-hand is accurately tracked and managed
Provide and demonstrate expert IT support for the Airwallex community, in-office or remotely
Perform hands-on configuration or adjustments on SaaS apps/tools
Own, maintain, and build the IT knowledge base and documentation
Onboard new hires, ready for day one
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting
Serve as an escalation point for IT Operations Engineers
Manage day-to-day IT operations of the flagship Singapore HQ site, including hardware, office environment, and support for the Singapore employee community
Triage and escalate issues between teams as needed
Ensure a healthy stock of hardware, laptops, and accessories in offices
