Requirements

Candidates must possess at least two years of support experience, along with knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android operating systems. They should have experience documenting resolutions for entry into a knowledge base, and an understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts such as Intune, JAMF, and KACE. Furthermore, experience with Identity Management Concepts like G-Suite and Azure Active Directory, familiarity with Cloud Environments like Azure, AWS, and Meraki, and experience with Incident Management Tools like Jira or Freshservice are required. Knowledge of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, SD-WAN, and LAN, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The IT Operations Analyst I will support the company's technology and services, triaging and prioritizing user requests, and assisting in the design and implementation of the support system. Responsibilities include logging and processing support calls through ServiceNow, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades, talking to clients and computer users to determine problems, responding to laptop problems, supporting office technology at BevMo HQ and point of sale systems within BevMo stores, repairing equipment and replacing parts, maintaining records of software licenses, managing stocks of equipment and supplies, troubleshooting and resolving remote hardware, software, and network issues, identifying and triaging incidents, following Gopuff's technology delivery practices, communicating status updates during major incidents, and being flexible and willing to learn.
