Responsibilities
- 安装、升级、支持及排查Windows操作系统以及Microsoft Office、Adobe和其他经授权的桌面应用程序。
- 为基础设施提供现场智能支持（智能操作与巡检）。
- 安装、升级、支持及排查打印机、计算机硬件及其他经授权的外围设备。
- 对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备进行硬件维修。
- 对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备执行常规预防性维护任务。
- 通过资产管理跟踪硬件，管理桌面设备生命周期，涵盖从交付到报废的整个过程，包括系统构建、应用程序安装、用户迁移和硬件安装。
- 维护IT资产，并做好规范的文档记录。
- 协调供应商以获得外部支持和维修服务。
- 负责主动监控工单队列及所有分配的工单，确保在工单工具中准确完成所有相关事件和请求的日志记录、分类、优先级排序、初步诊断、路由、职能升级，并保障数据完整性。
- 达到既定的服务级别协议要求。
