Candidates should possess expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, and be prepared to obtain relevant IT certifications paid for by Lilly as part of the Technical Pathways Apprenticeship Program. They must also demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering impactful, secure IT solutions and possess excellent customer service and high learning agility skills.

Responsibilities

The IT OnPoint Support Technician will be the primary point of contact for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications, assisting Lilly resources with computer issues, questions, and concerns. They will proactively work with customers to improve productivity through identifying and remediating potential hardware issues, leveraging data analytics, and ensuring devices meet security standards. Technicians will also participate in new hire onboarding, assist with accessory issues, and promote the adoption of new IT initiatives and services, rotating between three Indianapolis sites and potentially working on-call after hours.
