They must have experience working with a start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, and a proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually. Furthermore, candidates should be proficient in selling through a channel-led motion and have experience utilizing MEDDIC sales methodology.
As the Regional Sales Manager, the individual will develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process. They will articulate the company’s value proposition to various organizational levels, forecast sales accurately, and consistently meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves creating demand within the territory, selling un-budgeted solutions, and building strong, enduring customer relationships.
