Position Overview

Cribl is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Regional Sales Manager. This role is crucial for articulating Cribl's value proposition and executing proven sales processes to meet and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, build strong customer relationships, and demonstrate accountability and ownership in achieving leading indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Educate customers on the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first nature of the company and cross-time zone collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Proven experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and run a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Must live local to the Indianapolis, Indiana territory.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Dependent on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Commission/Incentive Plan: Included as part of total compensation.
