Responsibilities

  • Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent
  • Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives
  • Defines and drives the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, while promoting a culture of fast, secure delivery, continuous feedback, and learning
  • Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms—including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automated testing—alongside infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for scalable, repeatable deployments
  • Embeds security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle, incorporating code analysis, vulnerability scanning, secret detection, and policy enforcement to ensure secure-by-default outcomes
  • Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning across compute, storage, and orchestration layers. Leverages strong IT Service Management principles
  • Implements robust governance practices including access controls, audit logging, compliance reporting, and secure credential management to meet regulatory and internal standards
