Responsibilities

Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent
Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems
Collaborates with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives
Defines and drives the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, while promoting a culture of fast, secure delivery, continuous feedback, and learning
Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms—including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automated testing—alongside infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for scalable, repeatable deployments
Embeds security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle, incorporating code analysis, vulnerability scanning, secret detection, and policy enforcement to ensure secure-by-default outcomes
Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning across compute, storage, and orchestration layers. Leverages strong IT Service Management principles
Implements robust governance practices including access controls, audit logging, compliance reporting, and secure credential management to meet regulatory and internal standards
Continuously evaluates emerging DevSecOps tools and practices, fosters cross-functional collaboration and supports business-aligned technology initiatives through budgeting and policy contributions
