Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
  • Strong experience in deploying and managing Windows and Linux servers
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining security systems, such as Palo Alto firewalls and intrusion prevention systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Azure technologies, networking and Microsoft EntraID

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and security systems
  • Configure and optimize servers, switches, routers, and other network hardware and software
  • Monitor system performance and availability to ensure the highest levels of uptime and system reliability
  • Develop and maintain procedures for system backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades
  • Manage and support virtualization environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix
  • Work closely with development and support teams to ensure that system changes are implemented correctly
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate problems as necessary
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
