Responsibilities

Act as link between Engineering business and IT Stakeholders
Partner with Engineering business, product owners, and tech delivery/operations teams to gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium size projects
Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business goals
Provide extensive knowledge of application process/integration best practices along with strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity for Engineering applications in partnership with the Global team and in alignment with Company Policies as system owner
Manage User Acceptance Testing across processes and projects; manage development and execution of unit/system test cases, scripts, and plans
Support driving IT efficiencies across the supported application stack by identifying opportunities for application portfolio rationalization to lower IT costs and reduce business risks
Support compliance of Applications environments, collaborating with validation team
Participate in creating an ideal environment fostering a “one IT” mentality and collaboration across the matrix for best business outcomes
Apply blueprints, standards, and simplification to ensure best solutions for Operations and customers
Work as part of a global team, with possible international/regional collaboration
Reach effectiveness in understanding requirements and building functional designs
Perform continuous improvement and support of local/regional Engineering applications for manufacturing facilities in alignment with standards and policies
