Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience with mobility services
  • Twelve (12) years' experience as an IT Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university (or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline substituting for 2 years of experience, reducing to 10 years; or 16 years of additional IT Engineer experience without a Bachelor’s degree)

Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex and diverse IT systems to meet requirements
  • Work independently or as part of a team on advanced systems analysis projects
  • Review and test IT systems for adherence to requirements and document test results
  • Resolve tickets and problem reports on specific technologies and hardware/software components, including COTS/GOTS products, from the system level to individual hardware/software components
  • Recommend new technologies and processes for complex systems
  • Coordinate system installations and monitor equipment functioning
  • Create ‘build docs’ for system administrators
  • Identify system requirements for operations and security, and work with other engineers and staff to develop design and integrate components
