Requirements

  • Innovative and accomplished leader capable of building and leading Enterprise Architecture and Integration Delivery functions in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end technology landscape, including master data, transactional systems, and analytics
  • Expertise in modern SaaS and cloud integration technologies
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, SaaS platforms, security, rationalization, and modernization initiatives
  • Compliance with standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and IAM (Azure AD/Okta)
  • Ability to assess current tools, scalability, identify gaps, and lead evaluation/selection of integration and architecture solutions
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define and maintain roadmaps
  • Capability to lead architecture and provide technical oversight for large transformational initiatives and multiple projects
  • Skills in developing and maintaining business architecture artifacts
  • Ability to manage relationships with software vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture practice, defining standards, governance frameworks, and review boards for enterprise-wide consistency and alignment
  • Design, build, and manage enterprise integration platforms connecting multiple enterprise and engineering applications to enable workflow automation and streamline business processes (e.g., Idea-to-Offering, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Incident-to-Resolution)
  • Oversee integration budgets, including tooling, platform investments, and resource allocation, ensuring cost optimization and value delivery
  • Provide vision and strategy for scalability of systems, processes, and talent
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of solution architects and integration engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Drive integration solution design using modern SaaS and cloud technologies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and SaaS platforms, driving security, rationalization, and modernization while ensuring compliance
  • Assess current tools and scalability, identify gaps, and lead evaluation/selection of solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain roadmaps aligned with priorities
  • Lead architecture and provide technical oversight for transformational initiatives and projects
  • Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts to improve agility and innovation
