Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and developing teams responsible for the development and maintenance of 24/7 systems (Chapters or similar structures)
  • Leadership skills (motivating, developing, promoting autonomy and responsibility among employees, engaging and appreciating)
  • Proactive attitude, openness to implementing new solutions, seeking optimization opportunities
  • Knowledge of technological trends (open banking, MFA, biometrics) and legal regulations (GDPR, PSD2, AML, ISO)
  • Readiness to actively participate in solving system problems, manage and mitigate risks related to their development
  • Experience in leading IT projects and working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), understanding agile product development processes or software production cycles
  • Precision, planning skills, organization, and data-based decision-making
  • Experience in managing budgets and team resource planning
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Chapter members in developing competencies, planning career paths, and improving skills
  • Building and maintaining high work standards within the Chapter specialization
  • Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog, planning IT product development, and defining complete and understandable business scope for the Product Increment
  • Organizing and facilitating the Planning stage for the Product Increment – jointly developing plans and schedules for backlog implementation with experts and dependent units, ensuring improvement of KPI Accuracy of Planning
  • Monitoring the IT product delivery process in accordance with Product Owners' priorities and the established schedule, considering KPI Accuracy of Delivery
  • Active collaboration with Release Management, IT Services Area, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers regarding the Product Increment delivery process
  • Active identification and management of risks during IT product implementation
  • Implementing the domain/area development roadmap in accordance with the IT strategy developed by the Solution Architect
  • Developing Quality Gates for each Product Increment delivery level (analysis, development, testing) jointly with ITAL and Solution Architects, and strictly monitoring their compliance
  • Collaborating with the Tribe Leadership Team to improve ways of working and increase efficiency, ensuring continuous capacity reduction
