Requirements

7-10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in WMS or TMS (one of them); less than 7 years considered with solid related experience and good potential
Good understanding of agile methodologies mindset (e.g., Scrum)
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Clear communication with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Order system - SAP & B2C or SAP knowledge preferred
Project management experience an advantage

Responsibilities

Partner with supply chain execution leadership to understand strategic goals and challenges
Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain execution related initiatives (e.g., via user interviews, workshops, analysis)
Translate/document business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for solution design & development
Conduct feasibility studies, draft proposals, and assist in preparation of business cases
Work within an agile framework (e.g., Scrum) to break down projects into manageable user stories and prioritize based on business value
Track project progress throughout the development lifecycle and escalate problems
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business expectations
Review test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and monitor testing to ensure business results are tested and users are satisfied
Provide explanations of solutions, roles, processes, and activities to supply chain execution users as needed
Manage supply chain users’ expectations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage technology for improving supply chain execution efficiency and effectiveness
Gather user feedback and address post-implementation issues
Assist supply chain execution leadership to realize business cases through process & solution implementation, improvement, and enhancement
Build trust and encourage continued adoption of new systems by demonstrating responsiveness to user needs
Remove obsolete processes and solutions as needed
Assist supply chain IT business partner to implement technical/solution roadmap, achieve business goals, determine impacts on execution processes/systems, manage integrations, and facilitate “buy vs. build” decisions
Work with supply chain execution functions (e.g., Logistics, customer service) to collect, analyze, review, document, and communicate business needs/requirements, bridging business and technical solutions using aligned methodologies
Collaborate with Solution Architects and function consultants to determine if solutions exist (internally/externally) or if new ones are feasible
