Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a managerial position with line responsibility for employees
Ability to effectively collaborate in an agile organization with a matrix structure
Leadership skills in an agile environment focused on software development
Practical knowledge in managing organizations, projects, and the software production process
Ability to inspire and motivate others to take action
Knowledge of best practices in software development, quality assurance, and product maintenance
Ability to ensure good communication and collaboration among people with different competencies

Responsibilities

Developing the IT strategy for the managed area, implementing it, and ensuring alignment with the area's strategy
Working with software development teams
Responsibility for the software production process, its adaptation, implementation of changes and innovations, and alignment with its participants
Participating in project implementation, including as a coordinator
Ensuring timely implementation of deployments within specified timeframes and with high quality
Responsibility for maintaining IT systems in the managed area; ensuring the highest quality of IT operations to continuously improve the level of IT services provided
Planning and executing the area's budget
Participating in recruitment and team building
Inspiring and setting the direction for employee development in the managed area
Caring for the development of IT competencies in individual teams
