Responsibilities

Provide front-line IT support, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on MacOS users
Install, configure, and maintain Mac computers, peripherals, and software
Deliver AV support for meetings, presentations, video conferences, and company events
Manage and troubleshoot network access (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and office infrastructure
Support cloud-based services and user onboarding, including account setup and device provisioning
Maintain accurate records of assets, tickets, and support logs
