Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software Project Management, demonstrating a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly. Prior experience in the life science industry, particularly with voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms, is preferred, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will independently lead projects of moderate to high complexity, serving as the primary client interface and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. They will build effective partnerships with internal teams, develop and maintain project schedules, identify and manage risks and dependencies, act as a subject matter expert on client clinical study protocols, conduct end-user training, manage issue resolution for studies in maintenance, and generate reports on project health and profitability for stakeholders.
