Requirements

  • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Clean driving record: No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months; No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years

Responsibilities

  • Assists Iron Technicians during the disassembling phase
  • Clean, strip and inspect all required flow control components
  • Prepare flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspections
  • Demonstrate the disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Identify SPM and Customer product
  • Assemble flow control product
  • Nondestructive Testing Trainee (NDT Trainee)
  • Manifold tear down/rebuild trainee
  • Demonstrates computer skills for the SPM AMP System
  • Inventory Incoming Iron
  • Provides proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area
  • Monitors daily work activities to ensure requirements are met
  • Performs other routine duties as assigned
