Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in an operations center or a similar monitoring role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
As an IOC Analyst, you will proactively respond to monitoring alerts and cases to maintain the health and stability of Q2’s systems and services, driving investigations and providing triage during incidents and outages. You will monitor and analyze logs and alerts from various technologies to identify and mitigate security incidents and maintain data integrity, and document troubleshooting results and remediation actions to ensure effective issue resolution.
