Requirements

Responsibilities

As an IOC Analyst, you will proactively respond to monitoring alerts and cases to maintain the health and stability of Q2’s systems and services, driving investigations and providing triage during incidents and outages. You will monitor and analyze logs and alerts from various technologies to identify and mitigate security incidents and maintain data integrity, and document troubleshooting results and remediation actions to ensure effective issue resolution.
