This Investment Client Services Representative will provide exceptional service to field partners and their staff by answering questions related to asset movement, providing detailed servicing options, and assisting them through asset movement transaction procedures or services. The role involves efficiently resolving inquiries and transactions from Financial Reps and clients related to asset movement, researching and evaluating solutions to complex inquiries, taking ownership of calls and anticipating future issues, and effectively de-escalating situations. Additionally, the representative will act as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives, embrace new technology, understand systems and processes, and maintain strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
