Responsibilities

Perform material purchasing based on needs
Make procurement plans, implement purchase orders, release POs according to SOP, write procurement contracts, and execute specific procurement processes
Conduct inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations
Check and confirm goods information with vendors/suppliers
Apply for payments, follow up on payment status and supplier invoices
Verify contents of shipping/purchase lists
Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers and finance to confirm goods, payments, and tickets match
Submit regular purchasing reports
