Requirements

  • College degree or above (大专以上学历)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing or business (优秀毕业生亦可)

Responsibilities

  • Perform material purchasing based on needs
  • Make procurement plans, implement purchase orders, release POs according to SOP, write procurement contracts, and execute specific procurement processes
  • Conduct inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations
  • Check and confirm goods information with vendors/suppliers
  • Apply for payments, follow up on payment status and supplier invoices
  • Verify contents of shipping/purchase lists
  • Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers and finance to confirm goods, payments, and tickets match
  • Submit regular purchasing reports
