  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, or business administration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements
  • Monitor stock take realization on a monthly basis (e.g., Ambassador stock take, Netika stock take)
  • Set monthly inventory/shipment targets and explain expectations to customers
  • Review orders against internal rules
  • Explain shipments to customers
  • Set priorities for emergency shipments at month end in agreement with Customer Experience Director and Finance management
  • Manage customer complaints on inventory levels and realign expectations
  • For strategic customers, produce reports on inventory levels and delivery timeliness; attend business reviews to improve performance and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Finance to define monthly targets, monitor landings at month end, follow up on shipments, and leverage internal tools to communicate/monitor FOC shipments and targets by customer/product, adjusting targets with customer buy-in
  • Collaborate with CEX Ambassadors to ensure timely and accurate stock takes
  • Decide on replenishment priority if customer inventory falls under Abbott rules, in collaboration with CEX Managers and Finance
