Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, English, or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with exhibition sales experience preferred
  • Familiar with foreign trade sales techniques and customer relationship maintenance knowledge
  • Strong logical thinking, flexible mind, research spirit, proactive and positive work attitude
  • Willing to travel extensively, highly familiar with the Taiwan market
  • Articulate, creative, enthusiastic, with proven track record of B2B sales
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for business development, relentless practical spirit
  • Ability to navigate client businesses, build relationships with key stakeholders, understand sales and marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and other commercial goals and targets
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling suitable, high-value products and events
  • Develop and work with multiple contact points within client organizations, navigating formal and informal structures
  • Use a value-led, consultative sales approach to deeply understand client organizations' business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop new solutions and products to meet client needs
  • Understand exhibition strategies and incorporate them into personal sales plans; formulate comprehensive, value-led sales proposals defining solutions for clients
  • Maintain awareness of relevant market sectors, use this to formulate sales plans, identify business opportunities, and share industry and market insights with colleagues
  • Maintain accurate data in GBS, prepare accurate and timely business reports as required
  • Develop and maintain an influential network of industry contacts
  • Act as an ambassador for the exhibition brand among relevant stakeholders (media, industry bodies, government, influencers)
