Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of international marketing and audience development strategies for selected artists into and out of Asia Region
  • Coordinate with International and local Asian EMP teams to drive opportunities on DSPs, media partners, agencies, and content creators
  • Ensure high-quality support for international and Asia Region artists, including white-glove campaigns, promotional activations, and tailored export strategies
  • Support development and execution of cross-border marketing collaborations and influencer activations
  • Provide structured reporting to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Act as day-to-day operational lead for collaboration between international and local Asia Region marketing teams
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns by setting clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability
  • Troubleshoot and solve challenges proactively in artist and market relations
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies across digital and offline channels for artist growth in Asia
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with Believe’s artist-first philosophy
  • Monitor campaign performance in key Asian markets and suggest data-driven optimizations
  • Manage external agency relationships for best-in-class execution in Asian territories
