Requirements

Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and program delivery online and in person
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, resources, and budgets effectively
Proficient in assessing and analyzing performance with an eye towards improving the training product
Experience in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc
Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments
Master's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field preferred
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), with Cornerstone preferred
U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident)

Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the internal needs of Saronic
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities
Ensure training programs meet various certification, audit, and compliance requirements
Work with internal stakeholders, instructional designers, and media producers to develop and deliver training
Work across departments to assess and deliver program strategy, define organizational needs, and collaborate on the strategic alignment and continuous improvement of training
Assess user needs to align course content and design accordingly
Refine data capture and its analysis in order to improve training in collaboration with stakeholders
Assist the team in producing effective and engaging educational experiences
Advocate for training team strategic needs
Establish and maintain appropriate instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retention
Leverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completion
Evaluate efficacy of digital, live, and hybrid training
