Responsibilities

Support planning, communications and delivery of quarterly global employee town hall meetings, including run-of-show documents, talking points, presentations, and post-event messaging; work with executive leadership and event production teams to produce hybrid meetings
Develop communication plans, messaging, and announcements for organizational changes and leadership appointments
Co-ordinate with other regional communications teams to ensure messages to and about Asia Pacific are accurate, timely and clear
Partner with main Asia Pacific leaders and people across their teams, the Corporate Communications team, Marketing and PR teams, the Public Affairs team, Human Resources, and Talent to focus on messaging that will inform and inspire employees in the AP Region
Lead and support internal communications efforts for the Asia Pacific Region using communications tools, resources, and ingenuity to foster culture, connections, and business results
Work with the President, Asia Pacific, Public Affairs Director, Asia Pacific, and the Asia Pacific Regional leadership team to deliver meaningful content
Identify what's working and what's not, thoughtfully advise leaders, and creatively solve problems
Drive meaningful, positive change by connecting people to culture, each other, and strategy using data-informed decisions and storytelling
Create high-quality content across all internal digital and printed channels
Potentially support external communications in the Region
