  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering internal communications strategies
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence in supporting a range of stakeholders including the CEO, Chief People Officer, C-Suite and other key senior leaders
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic messaging for varying audiences
  • A relevant Bachelor of Communications or similar degree
  • Experience with corporate communications technology suites and the ability to create critical materials, such as presentation decks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Nine Group's internal communications strategy, focusing on supporting the company's strategy and transformation program
  • Partner closely with People & Culture to lead communications for cultural transformation and critical people projects
  • Counsel the CEO, Chief People Officer and the Executive Leadership Team on effective communication strategies to ensure employees are engaged and informed of change
  • Shape Nine's internal communications infrastructure, channels, and measurement, utilising technology and AI to increase effectiveness
  • Oversee the communications calendar to effectively manage change fatigue and message volume across the organisation
