Requirements

  • Formation en commerce international, administration des affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe (un atout)
  • Sens du détail, bonne organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités

Responsibilities

  • Participer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des outils de vente pour les marchés internationaux
  • Offrir un soutien dans le processus après-vente afin d’assurer une communication fluide et un service de qualité auprès des clients internationaux
  • Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir la liste de références internationales pour les ventes et le marketing
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour la création et la planification de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux afin de mettre en valeur les projets internationaux
  • Effectuer le suivi des pistes internationales reçues via le site Web de l’entreprise et assurer leur transfert rapide aux gestionnaires des ventes
  • Contribuer à la coordination et à la préparation des événements internationaux, salons commerciaux et rencontres clients
