Requirements

  • Studying in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Medical Device or a quality-related field
  • Interest in training processes (highly beneficial)
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • High level of self-organization and independence in completing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to assess and understand training requirements of managers and contribute to the implementation of role-based training
  • Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Monitor progress, identify trends, and address any deviations
  • Work closely with Information Services and SLMS Shared Services teams to process tickets and ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Assist in investigating and resolving ad hoc training inquiries from the business
  • Support various projects and responsibilities within the technical training team
