Studying in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Medical Device or a quality-related field
Interest in training processes (highly beneficial)
Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
High level of self-organization and independence in completing tasks
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to assess and understand training requirements of managers and contribute to the implementation of role-based training
Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness
Monitor progress, identify trends, and address any deviations
Work closely with Information Services and SLMS Shared Services teams to process tickets and ensure compliance with business requirements
Assist in investigating and resolving ad hoc training inquiries from the business
Support various projects and responsibilities within the technical training team
