Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Advertising or equivalent
  • Final year students are encouraged to apply
  • Preferable internship durations: Minimum 4 months

Responsibilities

  • Support for daily marketing tasks: Updating of product catalogue images and pricing on Canva
  • Updating of trade promotion catalogue on Canva
  • Ad hoc minor design tasks proof checking
  • Administrative tasks: managing campaign project management timelines, making sure deliverables are on time, maintaining existing and new trackers
  • Support for Marketing Applications: Support to use Interop to upload banners, set up promotion pages and set up pop-up ads
  • Support to use Intertop to send out generic and customized app push notifications to retailers
  • Support on content creation: Support to provide briefs to execute potential new marketing ideas (e.g. WhatsApp stickers, telegram stickers, email signature banners)
  • Any other related duties and responsibilities as the Company may from time to time properly assign to or confer upon you
