Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive as part of a collaborative team
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through targeted research and outreach
Call potential customers to engage, qualify leads, and nurture early-stage relationships
Support the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals
Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and articulate how they align with market demands and solve customer problems
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Perform regular CRM administration tasks, including data entry, updating contact information, and generating essential reports for the sales team
Support critical Sales Operations functions, including assisting with the system build-out of new sales tools and providing support for month-end close activities to ensure accurate reporting
Provide general project management support by tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Actively collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute directly to achieving team goals
