Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite is essential. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. The ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload is necessary, and candidates should have their own transportation as occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Finance Intern will offset incoming payments in the system and update cash flow. They will also update disputes in the Dispute Log, assist in checking and adding new customers or shippers, and respond to requests from shippers and customers via email. Additionally, the intern will assist with ad-hoc tasks and help in sending invoices and credit notes.
