Desired major or minor for Scheduling: Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or other related disciplines

Responsibilities

For Scheduling: Schedule delivery of light products, feedstocks, and biofuels by pipeline or waterborne transportation to meet customer demand (sales forecast)
For Scheduling: Coordinate pipeline, barge, and/or tanker movements for appropriate timing, batch size, and sequence to optimize supply from refineries and terminals, minimize transportation costs, and ensure quality
For Scheduling: Monitor inventories at terminals and refineries daily and adjust shipping schedules to avoid shortages and excess working capital
For Scheduling: Develop improved scheduling methods to efficiently utilize resources, optimize inventory levels, and minimize transportation costs
For Scheduling: Coordinate communications between terminals, Commercial, Exchange, and Product Quality regarding inventory or operational issues
For Marketing (Corporate Office): Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
For Marketing (Corporate Office): Gather and interpret data, create reports, and assist in developing marketing strategies and/or campaigns
For Marketing (Corporate Office): Gain exposure to Product Quality, Governmental Affairs, Business Development, Terminal, Transport & Rail
For Marketing (Field-based): Spend time in the field learning Territory Manager responsibilities, travel to customer offices or dealer locations
For Marketing (Field-based): Assist in prospecting for new customers and handle projects/studies on station financials and operations
For Marketing (Field-based): Gain exposure to Commercial organization components and corporate areas like Product Quality, Governmental Affairs, Business Development, Terminal, Transport & Rail
For Analytics: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights
