Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of software development experience with a focus on security and strong Python skills with experience in automation frameworks. A genuine excitement about AI agents and process automation, along with an understanding of backend development principles and AI, is required. Experience with task scheduling, workflow orchestration, or process automation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Automation and Security Engineer will design and develop automated solutions for scheduled processes and workflows centered around AI agents, and build and maintain AI-focused backend systems with a focus on reliability and scalability. Responsibilities include mapping manual processes, identifying automation opportunities, implementing AI agent integrations, collaborating on project management activities, writing clean Python code, documenting automation workflows, assisting in penetration testing, and designing/fine-tuning SIEM detection rules. The engineer will also collaborate with SOC analysts to validate detections and evolve the SIEM environment.
