  • Understanding of the Compute market, the alliance ecosystem, and the digital transformation needs across top verticals
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, cross functional and virtual teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with business management excellence

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic business plan for the Intel/HPE alliance for assigned region (APAC, China, Japan), in collaboration with Geo Category and Sales teams, and Alliance organization
  • Based on yearly unit targets, drive execution of key initiatives to hunt new customers and drive profitable growth
  • Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel, HPE/Intel forecasting, and business management updates on a bi-weekly basis
  • Coordinate with analytics resources and create executive reporting for the defined region
  • Drive awareness and enablement within Pre-Sales and Sales teams to stimulate HPE Solution value-based selling for prioritized workloads and use cases
  • Lead the QBR for each Geo
  • Host and attend HPE, channel partners and alliance partner meetings, training events, tradeshows and industry conferences representing the HPE/Intel alliance
  • Coordinate the adoption of the Intel Category Programs across the region
