Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have 10-12 years of experience in JavaEE, Spring, and full stack development. Strong experience in API development (REST & GraphQL), API lifecycle management, and documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI is essential. A deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and hands-on experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka are required. Proven experience building orchestration workflows using BPEL, AWS Step Functions, or Airflow, familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Avalara, and knowledge of cloud-native development in AWS are necessary. Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML) and experience mentoring junior engineers are also required.

Responsibilities

The Integrations Senior Software Development Engineer will design, implement, and manage scalable integration solutions across internal and external platforms, including building APIs, orchestrations, and messaging flows. Responsibilities include developing and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, building messaging-based integrations using RabbitMQ and Kafka, and creating orchestrations with BPEL, AWS Step Functions, and Apache Airflow. The role involves integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Avalara, collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring proper implementation of API gateway policies. Additionally, the engineer will monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, maintain documentation, adopt AI-assisted development workflows, own entire systems, drive technical decisions, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
