Responsibilities

  • Planning and documenting trials
  • Conducting test activities in on-site laboratories and with off-site companies
  • Reporting and analysing data
  • Conducting tasks across ground trials (environmental testing, electro-magnetic compatibility testing, sub-system field trials)
  • Conducting tasks across firing trials (qualification firings, customer demonstrations, de-risking and development firings)
  • Conducting tasks across flight trials (environmental data-gathering, seeker data-gathering, datalink communications, functional air carriage, firing trial de-risking)
  • Conducting tasks across functional integration (system compatibility, missile/launcher preparation, synthetic environment)
  • Conducting tasks across in-service support (life monitoring & extension, supporting in-service firings, interacting with the customer)
