Responsibilities

The Integration Engineer will become a subject matter expert on the TradeCentric Platform and its proprietary framework, collaborating with project teams to solve complex customer problems and manage tasks across multiple projects. They will also work with project management to capture customer needs and requirements, resolve issues identified through testing, respond to production support tickets in collaboration with the Customer Support team, and contribute to platform improvement opportunities and new product ideas.
